    i need free legal help in minnesota i make 12.57 an hr and child support is taking $1000 a month i have no money left to survive already lost my apartment last week because i could not pay the rent thanks paul

    The legal system will change, when we (the people affected by this) contact their legislators. It is a process, that we need to be proactive about, if we want change.
