Men's Rights Advocating For Fathers Rights

The battle for fair play in family law courtrooms is an uphill struggle as dads fight for fathers rights.

There is an institutional bias against men and fathers that is perpetuated by an emerging group think that unfortunately elevates the interest of women above the interest of men.

The law is supposed to protect from leanings of individual judges, but family law invites that sort of bias because judges are given so much discretion in their decision making. Historically, rulings have not worked in favor of fathers rights.
