"Profiling of different groups based on skin color, age, disabilities, etc., is not permissible. We regard these generalizations as being deplorable in virtually every sphere of civil rights, but for some reason these generalizations and assumptions are permissible as they pertain to men in domestic scenarios."

That quote comes from MensRights.com founder Joseph Cordell's latest Huffington Post column, "Divorce Civil Rights."

Cordell says there are millions of men and fathers who find themselves in family law courtrooms across America feeling as though they are in the dark corner of the room.

"It's time a light is shone on the injustice and there be the same sort of concern of fair play that is given other individuals," Cordell writes.

Read the full article and help us spread the word about the lack of civil rights given to men in family law courtrooms every day: "Divorce Civil Rights."

Familiarize yourself with the The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (“the Hague Convention”). The Hague Convention is a treaty between countries that agree to cooperate and abide one set of laws, the Hague Convention, for the return of children removed from their home country for custody disputes. Your custody decree should include the terms of the Hague Convention that apply if there is an abduction or wrongful retention. For information on how to proceed if your child has been abducted to a particular country, please visit the International Parental Child Abduction website.

If the other parent is not a U.S. citizen or has significant ties to a foreign country (i.e., family or an overseas vacation home), the American Bar Association also suggests requesting the court to require that parent to post a bond.

Not only could this be useful as a deterrent to an abduction, it could be used as your source of funds to help recover your child if he/she is abducted.

You also have options regarding the issuance of a passport to your child, according to the Children’s Issues Office.

Because the U.S. does not have exit controls on its borders for holders of a valid passport, you must ensure that your consent is needed before a passport is granted to your child. In general, if the child has a valid passport, it can be very difficult to prevent the other parent from removing the child to another country without your permission.

If a child is under the age of 16, both parents must consent to the child’s passport application and show proof that they are the legal parents or guardians per U.S. law.

If you are still worried that your child may be taken out of the country without your permission after taking the aforementioned measures that you may also ask that the child’s name be entered into the State Department's Children’s Passport Issuance Alert Program.

As the program’s name implies, you or your attorney will be notified if a passport is applied for the child. If you have a court order prohibiting your child from traveling without your permission or the permission of the court, the passport may be denied.

However, once a passport has already been issued to the child, the State Department may not then revoke the passport. This is because there are no exit controls for people leaving the U.S. as previously mentioned.

So it is vital that you are proactive, not reactive, in ensuring your child does not receive a passport.

Here in America abortion rights extend beyond her body. A woman's body is deemed her body and she can do whatever she wants and gets that support from the feminist movement and Government. But as we all know our bodies are God's bodies and he will have the final judgment on this. Jesus will not tolerate what is going on with his favorites "the children" for very much longer.

I live in the UK where the legal system will just keep kicking you in the teeth for doing the right thing my children. I think sexuality has become a joke if your male your view will not matter in a court, they will just keep kicking you in the teeth until you give up. I want nothing further to do with society as it really taken everything I cared about away.

divorce-separation is not normal, asif reasonable&responsible divorce-separation is child abuse and parent-family alienation to begin with, the divorcing-separating parent is obvious unfit and has to be removed from children&fathers at once. fathermovement is weakminded and following femini$$m concepts, equal rights will suit the nwo and are not the solution for destruction of normal families and wil work out contraproductive for children&fathers. children are being forced to live their lives in mothers'&society's lies, also all kinds of substitutes are harming&damaging children in their being. the problem is femini$$m-samesex-atheism which are pseudological lies and will gayn even more unfair profits together with all the (elite)parasites in divorce-separation industry. women's rights are inhumane, human rights on life&familylife start with conception, children belong to grow up at home with both biological parents, children&dfathers are not meant for sic&selfish 'choices'. especially children&fathers need protection against systematical violations of human rights, fathers against equal rights, we the sheeple for natural parenthood and normal families.
